Quality Assurance Policy
SEGURISUR complies with a quality assurance policy based on the ISO 9001:2008 standards. This quality assurance control, implemented by the company in the year 2004, provides an added value to our services. One of our objectives is to provide products, alarm maintenance and high-quality services in order to achieve our clients’ maximum satisfaction, in what constitutes a basic need such as safety. And it is here, where we focus the continuous improvement of our work.
Safety and the confidence placed on us, allow our clients to continue with their normal activities, without worrying about security matters.
Our quality assurance department at SEGURISUR is in charge of implementing new work processes, the continuous training of our personnel and the quality control.
Additionally, our quality assurance department is responsible for evaluating customer satisfaction on a continuous basis, as well as dealing with any suggestion or complaint we may receive.
